Is This a Good Time to Buy?

The Federal Reserve wants more days on market. They want total inventory. I know they're not happy with total inventory levels where they are now. But the places like Phoenix and Boise, Austin, places like that were inventories at 2019 levels. They're happy. Just like me. Any part of the US that's at 2019 inventory levels off the savagely unhealthy housing market list. We saw some stabilization in the data. It doesn't mean the housing market goes back to its booming phase or anything like that. Stabilization should be everyone's first goal out there.
