The Russians Are Not Strong Enough Yet, Is It?
It seems to be a recurring theme in russian history overestimating how easy a conflict is going to be and then getting smacked. I would actually view it as a big negative for china if they started messing around in this particular way, because they can't do those things. It seems to me that they still have a requisite level of caution and awareness of what's going on in the world tat apparently the russians didn't. We're at the 52 minute mark, rob.
