"I have a contract with twitter. Some third party can't go leverage t to change the terms of that contract mid stream," he says. "They keep doing it. It's against twitter's terms of service, probably because twitter's lawyers know it's tortuous interference." He doesn't really want to get dragged out through a year plus of litigation, time and money. But maybe just letting Twitter turn into a dump is worth having happened, he adds.
