I've met many of these people, and they are a good looking lot. And so and i should add that people that listen to this podcast are very attractive, too. When we can get comfortable doing that, we're so much more confident in ourselves. We are attracted to confidence. So once you can develop this comfort and confidence in being who you are more often during your day, you're going to be more effective and happier at work. I know a lot of people are petrified of public speaking, but i'll tell you what, i had probably spent sent 500 videos by the time i did my first stage presentation, and it was much easier as a consequence.
