Title 10: A Source of Important Federal Funds for Providers of Reproductive Health Services
The Trump administration recently promulgated a rule in which it said, essentially, you can't participate in the Title 10 program if you offer any referrals to abortion providers. This rule has been challenged on several grounds, including that it violates statutes that require Title 10 medical care to be non-directive. And as part of that litigation, New York Times just reported that Planned Parenthood, which is a significant Title 10 provider, I think is going to withdraw from the Program.
