The hardest thing in business is prioritizing, I think. It's a real big challenge to like stay focused on the goal while also dealing with customer issues,. Like these are like show stopping, but we have to put out a fix and I have to work with my developers on it. So you don't really have a choice, you just have to do both. And find a way and push hard enough.
