Is Cenko a Hero in the FPL?

I was not confident at all going into this week, whereas you said on the deadline stream, it would be very hard for you to get a red arrow. For example, my hero was in Cenko. And I kind of am quite amazed with how well he's been doing. But I think his progressive pass in the final third is only bettered by De Bruyne this year.
