The Conflict of Interests in the DoJ's Garcia Motion

The DOJ wants to prevent an ineffective assistance of counsel appeal after a criminal defendant is convicted. The conflict with Woodward on Taveras is, I'd like to read a little bit from the top of page three of the DOJ's Garcia motion. And it says, February, March of 2023, the government informed Mr. Woodward orally and in writing that his concurrent representation of Trump employee four, that's Taveras, and now to raise to potential conflict of interest. According to Mr. Woodward, he did not have reason to believe his concurrent Representation of Taveras and now to raising to conflict of interests.
