You Need to Get Out of Debt

I was on a phone with one of my friends and this one particular friend of mine wanted to get into a home. She gets denied for the loan, not because of her credit score, not really even because of her income. Her DTI was too high. And she just would have had no debt. What happened? Debt robbed her of her dream of being a homeowner. 55% of millennials in Generation Z believe that home ownership is out of reach financially due to pre-existing debt from student loans. That's ridiculous. You, we have to avoid debt at all costs.
