The Nuclear Threat - Is That Right?
In the 1950s, Nikhir Khrushchev made nuclear threats. He thought that this was because he threatened to rein nuclear destruction on England or on Great Britain and on France. All of that changed with the Cuban Missile Crisis. Putin has been making nuclear threats, but some of that actually parallels what Hirschov did in the late 1950s.
