Sparkbox Apprentice Program
Sparkbox has been running an apprenticeship for about eight years. They are paid for six months to be a Sparkbox apprentice. So they're paid to learn. Out of that apprenticeship program at the end of six months, we are happy to help them find a position. Almost a quarter of our team has come through that program.
