Communicating in Multiple Ways
Coaches should use sniper rifle instead of shotgun to communicate with their players, says coach alexarama. A lot of times we are doing too much, as opposed to doing the right thing, he adds. Coach is able to identify the one piece of information that will most impact the players at that moment and help them improve. The goal is to be in four or five out of ten practices where communication is key for success.
