There's this framework that we were created there, I mean, similar to fighting monkey. We start with certain zero form, we restarting with certain, let's call it warm-up. It's more establishing the baseline, and I actually started using that for every single one of my sessions. And then according to that, either I'm going to push myself more or push myself less. Just focus on the breath and just notice, and you know, just keeping it very simple.
