How Deep Breathing Can Help With Anxiety
Deep breathing, especially if it's done in a well rehearsed, practised way, that can help you to tap into that relax response. If you are up at like a nine in eight, or a nine or ten of your anxiety scale, it's really, really hard for you to function. You're not really in control of yourself. Your anxiety is running the show. There's a nerological basis to this. And so, you know, relaxation absolutely one great reason to be practising meditation.
