The Effect of Electricity on the Heart

Lewis was electrocuted while climbing over an electric fence. He felt a jolt of electricity in his leg, arm and hand. Lewis says he has had the same sensation on 9-11 as well. The shock should have been more to do with him being sedated at the time.
