The Risk of Testifying and BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF

BTC markets this week have been sent in both directions around news that BlackRock's Bitcoin Spot ETF had a ticker on the DTCC (and then news that it was gone). It turns out, however, that the symbol had been there since August, and no one had noticed.
