You Shouldn't Design for Multi Region, Right?
People come back and they go, well, you know, you should have designed that application for multi region. And we spent a lot of the early cloud days having companies like flix and chaos monkey going, yes, you need a design for this. But there is some math involved, right? There's som there's some basic cost modelling that goes on. It really involves the types of services s you're using. If youre data is crossing regional boundaries depending on what service it uses to cross those boundaries, you got to be very consciousof what’s going on there.
