The Role of Awareness in Mindfulness

i love the way that put this in your book, livitz the now effect. The power to choose our responses comes only within awareness of that space. As we practise becoming aware of the spaces in our lives, we soon to understand that these are actually choice points. And when you apply the practical application of mindfulness, of this awareness, and by tiits a skill that we can all build and apply, we can see those choice points grow. It's literally, what we're doing is bringing blood flow from the base of our brain to the pre frontal region of our brain which is more involved with impulse control, motion regulation, perspective.
