You take great ideas, a lot of ideas, you select the best ones, and turn them into actions. Immediately. And then people believe in the brain storm. Even if little, tiny things, people say, all right, at least he orse is listening to us, and cheked prepared to change them. It's on you to do listd then it tans. That's how innovation happens.
