The 10 to 11 Swans Song
"I love this piece of music because it's quite changeable. I feel like it takes you from one place to another," says the composer. Sebelius wrote in his diary, today at 10 to 11, he saw 16 swans. "Lord God, what beauty they circled over me for a long time and disappeared into the solar hazeLike a gleaming silver ribbon", adds Sibelius.
