i think right now, h social media, we have these confirmation bias networks who just, you know, are willing, either digitaly or analogue, to repeat back all the same things and echo them to us verses. When you strip away that noise, these answers or these clues about oneself and one's limiting beliefs become away more clear. And i think it tatotherapy, challenge, networks, stillness, journal aing. These are all these part of the that's why, in our course, we always teach the why in addition to the how, right? Like wat's like the bigger question here. Yethe, there's a lot of different ways to look at it.
