I think it's in our day-to-day behaviors as we're pitching and catching internally as we're proposing plans and implementing plans we're constantly questioning. I realized quickly no it has to be much more agile and much more curious and integrating inputs from all sources possible continually sensing and responding to the to the environment as we're moving forward as we are making progress so it's very much like pioneering in an uncharted uncharted space.
