How to Give and Receive in Harmony
The breath is such a beautiful example of giving and receiving in harmony. We cannot breathe out or give too many times without inevitably needing to breathe in to replenish. Inhale, receive. Exhale, give the weight of the body into that support. Now take a moment to reflect on your relationship to giving and receiving. Are you more comfortable with one over the other? Not just gifts but time, attention, energy. Or do you protect it? Is it more challenging to give it away? And right now I invite you to set an intention to get back into balance.
