What Makes a Good Teacher?

What makes a good teacher is people who spend some time thinking about their teaching. I think the other big part of it is like caring about your learners and like wanting to understand what they need. People eat educator, which is something we've talked about a lot in the last decade or two in pulmonary care medicine.
