Nuclear Power Plants

In the nuclear industry you just have a much more robust set of procedures that you have to follow. Whereas, in the fossil side you still had the procedures and things were done certainly from a safety perspective but it was mostly about personnel safety and asset protection versus nuclear safety which is a different bar. Got it. So, tell me how did, how did you end up working for new scale? I went at NRG and then I was at Tennessee Valley Authority. And actually a headhunter found me there.
