The biggest rough patches are at the very beginning, and so everyone's going to get tripped up and hit those speed bumps. I think of it very much like whittling some wood and toy out of this gnarly piece of wood. If your customers have said to you, I don't understand this, what's happening here? You can make a lot of changes quite quickly in an afternoon. But there's definitely a lot of low hanging fruit in the early days that you can change quickly.
