In general, people at that level are not irrational. People don't get that high up in any walk of life by being irrational,. They're just, there's too many decisions to be made along that path that can blow yourself up. But do you think the other side would perceive that trump might be a little more dangerous an oh yestes, no doubt? And so i really saw it as a kind of manual which is really about rationality, avoiding common cognitive biases.
