Is There a Test for Math?

Teachers fundamentally give tests because they need an assessment of how well they are teaching the content to all o the students. If you have a student teacher ratio of one to one, instead of 30 to one, you know how well you are teaching the concept to the student. In in a home school, i don't see any reason for testing. Why waste time doing a test when you can just steadily press forward? Steadily press forward, steadily engage the information, and you don't get worse at stuff. The pace does not matter.
