The Importance of Alignment in the UX Team

A lot of people don't realize and they complain, oh, personas are useless. And I think very strongly that just like you said, the whole team getting aligned around it is critical. For example, in one of the teams that I'm working, they wanted for us to stop saying guys,. So they installed a bot that detects whenever someone says, guys on Slack and then kind of says, Jimin team or folks or friends or colleagues, right? The other thing is, I think you need to find sponsors, you need tofind advocates.
