Kissinger was very hands on. He's actually picking the targets, places where bombs would drop. For years he had said that these were empty border areas. There weren't Cambodians there. They were just bombing in North Vietnamese. I confronted him on this because he also, as you said, he admits that they killed 50,000 Cambodians.
