A lack of commitment is the third dysfunction, but you don't get commitment without conflict. You need trust in order to engage in good conflict. Not everybody does it the same way. Your family background might be different than mine. There's ethnicity. There's there's culture. And that's why you have to be vulnerable enough to go.
