i use more for kind of surfing through orange that orange when we're so in our heads if we can and this particularly true for ADHD brands that are living in the fishbowl. i recommend to people that they have distraction menus that they have a menu of things that they can go to not to make themselves feel better necessarily right because like it feels terrible let's just own that it's gonna feel terrible but what can i do to keep myself busy while i'm feeling terrible? I think of orange as how my mom used to treat me when i was sick right like so i had a cold it wasn't gonna get better necessarily depending on what she did or didn't do but i needed to kind
