Do You Want the DC to Be a Privacy Coin?

The idea that any actor could have full visibility into the ledgers of like an individual person, let alone financial institutions is literally a foundational presupposition of central planning. And so this is why the perspective of Chairman Giancarlo is self-contradictory. Why they can say things like we want to see DC, but we want it to be a privacy coin because there is a simultaneous both commitment to individual liberty and total trust in the institutions of the state.
