It really is more about changing people's habits and behaviors than it is about the xes and os. A lot of this is just re programming habits and behaviors. There was no one diet that came up as being superior to the others. The things that came up weren't dietary really. It was their environment. And then also, stress was a big one. Troma was a big ones. Benjeating was a bigOne. That's a really under appreciated part of this is the bingeating component. I think a lot more people struggle with that than would like to admit.
