Is Twitter a Good Place to Meet New People?

Twitter is one of the least innovated on products of all time, right? It's pretty easy for twitter to have added blogs that you can nase ther going after substack. The quality level probably isn't going to be there because we're riffing extemporaneously. There's just something magical to live content and people want to consume it live.
