Protein is so satiating. That's one of the great things about protein. You got to train yourself to eat like that. I'm not against fasting at all. But for someone trying to put muscle on, it's becoming challenging. If you're doing your typical intermittent fasting 16 off eight hours on, now you got that eight hour window to get all those calories in. So you got to look at, you know, consuming calories is what calories do you want to have? It's protein, carbs, and fats. That's basically it."
