How to Make a Case for AI in Your Product

Each team that has the new feature that they want prominently displayed will fight for it to be there and then you suddenly have an interface that's full of these disconnected features. I find it quite strange that if something is potentially less important you make it more prominent in your interface especially for new features. We put things that we're less sure about in much more important places that seems backwards to me but I understand exactly why it happens.
