He's just discovered a forgotten portrait of Colombia's former president Juan Jose Nieto-Hill in the damp basement of the Inquisition Palace at Cartagena. There was no color portraiture of Nieto-Hill, only one black and white photograph. In 1974, few Colombians knew anything about him.
