Pennsylvania has a special bill that says if you do direct primary care, it doesn't count as an insurance product. "I've had to opt out of Medicare and I was pretty much just sending a letter," he said. Do you imagine that this sort of a model could be expanded to include the sorts of things that would happen in a hospital? That is more difficult because part of primary care is that we're the front line, but we're also very economical in how they do things.
