i try to not make that happen by getting rid of all distractions and like turning skipe off. If something's going to take you two or three minutes to do, just do it and tat that. But my best tip, and this is different that anybody, anything, anyone said so far, is to just eat well an exercise. I mean, just a walk every day, what will help your mind, you no, focus a little bit better. So i guess it's my turn that that'l that'll bewen my first as if something takes like, five minutes or less and it comes my way. And then it's not something that adds to the list
