Are There Any Pros and Cons to Having a Structure of Learning?
Teachers could have lessons where they focus on digging into meaty problems. But having a lesson that you just kind of set aside and go, "We're going to focus particularly on problem solving here" can be challenging logistically. And it's almost, will we have the right precursor knowledge and skills? Is that the right problem for that moment? I think this great advantage is there. It's just making sure that there is the right task in that sequence of learning episode that would resonate with that.
