Antidepressence
The naming of drugs has always fascinated me. When i grow up, i want to be a drug namer. The advent of the s srs really shifted the way doctors prescribed anti depressence. I think doctors became a little bit more liberal with their prescription of anti depressence in the nineties. Patients who used to be referred for psychotherapy, for talk therapy or counselling were now being prescribed to anti depressence for milder forms of depressive illness.
