A, for me, i want to see that they have good control of the scope before i'm actually going to let them do most anything. So if their navigational skills are really poor, meaning it takes them 15 minutes to do an airway inspection or 20 minutes, and they're just really struggling, i may not let them do a bia. A, ba al is definitely the first procedure i will let some one do a and after that, probably it really kind of just depends on how well they're even doing with the bal.
