Is There a Freedom in the Workplace?
For me, it was the annoyance of creating this large deck of duplicating and copy-pasting numbers that obviously we're going to just get mistyed because you're sometimes manually typing them in. I would argue that there's an aspect like we want to feel free in our roles. And part of that freedom for me in a big reason why I decided to make the jump from corporate is I had to ask the question, am I in the highest service here or would I be elsewhere?
