I'm curious like why you chose to do a more home based model versus the clinic model, since you've obviously sat in both of those seats. I still always believe that there's this subset of patients where the right thing is bring the care to the patient. So for example, one thing that I'm doing that Chen Man's not doing is we have a paramedic program where if someone calls us and says I'm sick, I can get a paramedic in their home in 30 minutes. We can assess them and we can treat them right there.
