The wing of a plane was covered in tape, and it looked like the tape was trying to contain liquid. Speed tape can be used on modern planes for several different reasons. Modern planes have composite materials in their wings that make it difficult for them to adhere to paint. It's just tartng off at all times; lots of times if you come across speed tape, yo, don't tell me your greatest regret is, just take it to the grave.
