Ike: I've always been like, effi like a ve needed to li ye, but honest, i'm going to do it. You need it. Head space is awsome because it walks you through, like how to think,. what's ok, what's like. It helps you become a meditator. Ike says he used to beat himself up and get so mad at myself that he would try to make it back too the next day. He now has more confidence in his ability to survive long enough to move forward.
