How Much We Are Effectively Socially Free?

The idea is that each individual would be graded and they already have concrete proposals. But I wouldn't again blame the Chinese. We are all doing it, doing it in a certain way. And you know what interests me in this categorization, grading, not where I am, but there are always two categories who are out. Those at the bottom who simply don't care, and those on the top.
