The Importance of Being Quiet

I find that I get quite upset by constantly seeing difficult things so I've been a bit cowardly in a way because I find it when I go to London and I look at people's faces. My whole insides are upset all the time plus added to that I have the thing that we talked about earlier which is oh I should be at that plateOh god I should be just saying thatoh god should be seeing that person Oh god I haven't tried that was somebody said they make great pasta in that  and there I should go there for my lunch in it, he says.
