i would say that's an absolute must when you're valuating a programme. The other thing to consider is kind of your personal style and trying to find a consultant that's a good match for that. And usually it's not something, you know, really damaging to the client. That's very rare. But it's usually a matter of ease, right, of realizing like, oh, i've been way over complicating this.
